Biruk, Director of Capital Group, with the rank of Master, the highest level of Certified Consultants on Business Management in the United States with acceptance into the Elite class of Management Professionals in the USA.

This status allows CMC, Vladimir Biruk to provide Management services and business development for American companies of any ownership or size, both within the U.S. and abroad, as well as to conduct consulting activities for the establishment, governing of business of foreign (international) companies (corporations) in the United States of America.

In addition, the status of CMC is fully compliant with the standards of professionalism and ethics of the International Institute of Certified Management Consultant ICMCI and entitles the consultant to use CMC status, IMCUSA in foreign countries, taking into account the rules and regulations of the Ambassador of American business.
