The main purpose of the seminar is to demonstrate the models of management, developing skills and knowledge in doing business and investment in Russia. In the seminar should attend Heads and Proprietors of Enterprises, Investors, Entrepreneurs, Financial specialists, Crisis-managers, etc. The knowledge included in the seminar, corresponds to portable МВА volume at the international level and used management models borrowed from cooperation with London Business School, Harvard Business School, Boston Consulting Group. All the topics are supported by examples from both domestic and foreign companies’ activity.
Questions under review:
• peculiarities of doing business in contemporary circumstances’;
• diagnostics and examination of risks in the organization and skills of handling financial tools;
• modern strategies in business;
• building of a stable management system in the organization;
• doing international business and investment in the organization;
• building communications with partners and clients;
• models of effective overcoming an unstable situation;
• realization of investment projects in times of economic instability, etc.
In addition to lecture program also includes two business games.
3. Training seminar «Discover Russia in business and cross-culture communications» (August-September, 5 days, 40 hours)
The main purpose of the seminar is to acquire knowledge about peculiarities of national character, mentality that influence doing business in Russia and principals of cross-cultural business communication. In the seminar should attend Heads and Proprietors of foreign businesses, specialists in culture and arts, and all who interested in getting acquainted with historical and modern Russia. The knowledge included in the seminar, corresponds to portable МВА volume at the international level and used management models borrowed from cooperation with London Business School, Harvard Business School, Boston Consulting Group. All the topics are supported by examples from both domestic and foreign companies’ activity.

• geopolitical aspects and macroeconomics criteria that influence doing business internationally;
• peculiarities of doing business in Russia;
• St. Petersburg – Culture Capital of Russia;
• knowledge in Cross-Culture communication;
• life, education and business in Russia;
• Russian financial markets today and tomorrow;
• Investment strategies in doing business with Russia, etc.
Besides lecture in the program will be carry out business games.
Culture program includes visit such famous places as The Kunstkamera Museum, Mariinsky Opera and Ballet Theatre, Pushkin, The Alexander Palace, The Imperial Lyceum in Tsarskoe Selo, Pavlovsk, Hermitage, Peterhof, St. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral, Constantine Palace. In one of the day will be excursion on the river and canals of St. Petersburg as well as country side party.
Possible trip to Great Novgorod and Moscow.
